When operating the software and hardware of the "Statistics" Subsystem, a one-shift operation of users and a round-the-clock operation of the servers of the Moscow Department of Education are envisaged.

1.2. Requirements for computer hardware and software

For the correct functioning of the "Statistics" Subsystem, it is necessary to install on each workstation a web browser Internet Explorer version not lower than 6.0, as well as to provide access to the Internet.

The "Statistics" subsystem operates in Microsoft Windows 2000 and above and meets the interface standards adopted in it.

The following minimum requirements are imposed on the user's computer:

· Processor - running at a clock frequency of at least 233 MHz or higher (Pentium processor is recommended);

· The amount of RAM - Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) - 64 MB;

· Hard disk capacity - 2GB capacity with at least 650MB of free space;

· Super VGA monitor with resolution (800 x 600) or higher with 256 colors;

Operating system Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2)

· Standard keyboard and mouse;

· CD-ROM (DVD) drive.

1.2.1 Safety requirements

Information protection in the "Statistics" Subsystem complies with the regulatory documents on information protection from unauthorized access adopted in Russia.

In addition, a set of technical means for protecting a single data warehouse and data transmission channels and strict adherence to organizational security measures comply with uniform requirements for ensuring information security for the automated systems of the Moscow Department of Education and Education Management.

2 GETTING STARTED

2.1 Getting started in the subsystem "Educational statistics and analytics"

To work with the "Statistics" subsystem, you need to launch a web browser and type in the address bar http: // db. ***** (orhttp://192.168.1.9)(Picture 1).

The fields " User (Login) " and " Password" are text, entered from the keyboard. The maximum number of characters in the field " User"- 50, in the field " Password" – 26.

To ensure security, the login and password must contain both Latin characters and numbers.

After entering the login and password, the start page for the user of a specific OS appears (Figure 4).

The start page of the user of the educational institution is the account card of the given educational institution.

In accordance with the rights of access to the system established for users, the user of the educational institution has the right only to fill out (edit) forms for his educational institution. The user can clarify his access rights by left-clicking on the button on the toolbar.

The following sections are available for the user to work in the OU account:

The DT level user section is read-only. Responsible for filling out and editing this section of the OU registration card are OUO and DOGM.

2.2 Navigating the system

"Navigation"- one of the functions of an automated system that allows you to implement the ability to move between screen forms.

This function is available to the user at any time when working in the subsystem. "Statistics".

The main page of the OU is represented by a web form, which is windows in windows (Figure 6).

3 WORKING WITH THE "STATISTICS" SUBSYSTEM

In accordance with the established access rights to the system, the user of the educational institution has the right to edit the information placed in the registration card of his educational institution and to fill out (edit) the forms of reporting documents. Let's take a closer look at these modes of operation.

The user of the OU level is given the right to fill in and edit the contents of all sections of the OU account card, with the exception of the section "Basic details of the institution"... The right to change the information contained in this section is the prerogative of the GTO and DOGM.

3.1 Forms interface

Each active form consists of a collection of buttons, links, and basic information. (Figure 7)

3.2 Finding forms

Forms of reporting documents available to the user are located in the section "All forms by institution" registration card of an educational institution. A list of all available forms is presented in the figure (Figure 11)

In field "Institution" the DT to which the user is attached is automatically indicated.

3.3 Copying and Using Department of Education Forms

District education departments, methodological and resource centers have the opportunity to use the forms of the Department of Education, modifying them to simplify filling out or for their own needs by copying the selected form.

When copying forms, a new form is created, which is a copy of the selected form in terms of filling it with attributes. For a copy form, there are the same working possibilities as for a manually created form (adding / deleting attributes, tables, blocks, deleting and renaming a form, etc.).

3.4 Filling and editing forms in collection mode

The function of filling out and editing forms provides the ability to add automatically calculated fields to forms, the value of which is determined depending on the values ​​of other form fields using mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and associated dictionary values.

When filling out and editing forms in the collection mode, the data has a date of relevance.

3.4.1 Completing Data Collection Forms

When assigning a fee, the corresponding form appears in the "Active forms" section in the MA card (Figure 14) and is available for filling out within the framework of this fee to the selected institutions.

The information in the last line indicates the absence of filling errors (Figure 34). If there are errors, information about them will be placed in each column of this line. For example, the total number of computers in the educational institution, which must be broken down by categories (the number of computers in the administration, the number of computers in the educational process, the number of non-working computers) is summed up, and the sum of the indicated values ​​by category must be equal to the total number of computers. This is verified in a special report.

If the table is full and all the amounts converge, then the table row is not highlighted, and at the bottom of the user screen there is an inscription about the correctness of the entered data (Figure 34).

Otherwise, when there are errors in filling in the cells of the table (not all the amounts converge), the line is highlighted in red and in the lower part of the table there is an inscription about the erroneousness of the entered data (Figure 35).

When generating a print file, the system displays informational messages similar to the messages given in the previous section; when the file is opened, a file in Excel format will be displayed on the user's screen (Figure 41).

EKIS is a single integrated information system in Moscow, which unites all information and information about educational organizations, and also enables the Department to work and control the actions of subordinate structures.

Registration in the EKIS account

In order to always be in the center of events and actively use all the capabilities of the system, it is offered to enter your personal account at EKIS, which is carried out using a login and password. As you can see, thanks to the EKIS database, when entering the personal account, parents can see general and detailed information about the child's progress. The electronic diary is very easy to work with, it is accessible even to a novice user. In the diary, information is provided in the form of statistics for a certain period of time, which is convenient and understandable to everyone.

Based on such a number of functions, such an innovative system is a handy guide even for a student. After all, each student immediately discovers many resources and opportunities to improve the level of knowledge, thereby improving student performance and grades.

What is EKIS for?

The main tasks of the EKIS:

  • formation and maintenance of an up-to-date electronic register of organizations subordinate to DOGM and other educational organizations operating in Moscow;
  • targeted delivery of information from the Department of Education to educational organizations;
  • providing prompt feedback from educational organizations to the Department of Education;
  • aggregation of data on educational organizations from related information systems for use in analytical activities both by employees of the Department of Education and by employees of educational organizations.

Each organization in the EKIS is provided with a personal account - the office of the head and the office of the employee (hereinafter - LC EKIS). A personal account allows you to keep abreast of all new orders and upcoming events, get access to various services and resources, keep up-to-date information about your organization, and provide timely and prompt feedback to the Department of Education, if necessary. Personal accounts are available on the Internet and support work both from stationary computers and from mobile / tablet devices. Thus, a modern director always has his finger on the pulse!

The reference copy of the electronic Register of organizations, formed in the EKIS, is used as a primary source by a wide range of information systems used both to automate internal processes in organizations and to provide electronic services. If a school, college or kindergarten needs to connect to work with such systems, the first step is to register the organization in the EKIS Register.

How to register an educational organization in the Register of Organizations?
