First, we need to find out what version of the firmware is in your phone. To do this, dial * # 0000 # in standby mode and you will see the firmware version on the screen.
If your firmware is outdated, then you need to look for a new one. Usually, the firmware is taken from the websites of flasher manufacturers (each client receives his own login password). Some sites give you the opportunity to download the firmware for a fee. We, as always, give everything for free :)
Before downloading it and starting the flashing, I advise you to go to and ask the users if it is worth reflashing at all, what problems have appeared, what problems have gone away, etc. Please note that you YOU CANNOT return the OLD FIRMWARE! The firmware number can only rise. If you try to flash your phone with an older firmware, then he will die and then you have a direct road to the service center. Most likely SC will refuse to you warranty repair and agree to fix it only for money.

3.5 After rebooting, start Phoenix 2004 and immediately turn it off ( DO NOT close!) it is in this state that we start the installation:

3.6 At the end of the installation, you will be prompted to restart your computer. NO WAY case do not do this. (choose No I will restart computer later).
3.7 Installing the DKU-2 cable driver (Nokia_Conn_Cable_Driver_159_rus.msi)
